When a design has been finalised, it is then the client's choice whether to take on the organisation of the entire project, or to employ Schemes to lighten the load and to manage every aspect of the installation.

Schemes are happy to work solely on a project-management basis with clients' builders, or to provide their own carefully-vetted trades people with whom they have worked with for many years.
